Worst online order company that I have ever dealt with!
I called over 100 times trying to get a refund for items not received, and they make so many excuses why cannot issue me a refund immediately and that I must wait til 25th.
That is what I get for paying expedited shipping for my items.
Beware, do not pay extra for shipping as Amazon Scammers will make you wait regardless. Makes no difference.
Amazons shipping is a scam!
Tip for consumers:
Beware.
Also most times I call they claim not to hear me and hang u.
Products used:
Tried to buy an air mattress tried to buy an amp and speaker, got nothing except a runarounds causing me to call Amazon 127 times attempting to get a refund. They know the items are not at my door or in my possession as they recalled the items to increase price. Yet refuse to refund me.
