I've been with Vinted for 9 years and watching it go down hill so fast is scary. They have zero customer service and run off overactive bots. The few staff they do have just use generic responses every time which rarely answer questions you've asked. When things go right, it's great, when things go bad it's a nightmare. I wish the CEO would look into this glaringly obvious issue but whilst money is being made they couldn't care a less until it's too late.
