I have seen all the review about this company being a scam and could not agree more. I placed an order for an AT&T unlock code. I received my code. When I reached out to customer service via chat, they said the code they sent me was for Xfinity. The customer service rep said he would have my order reprocessed with the correct code for AT&T. I waited for the new code, nothing. Tyhe email they sent me said I could respond to the email with questions. I responded checking in on the progress. No response. Gave it a few more days to give them the benefit of the doubt. Nothing. Sent another email asking for an update. Still nothing. There is not 24/7 service, they don't have anyone that answers the phone, the online live chat doesn't work. This is a total joke. The reviews saying their customer service is great is BS. I was happy to pay to get this done and based on what I have read, I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. I guess not. I too will be disputing the charge on my credit card and will also be sending a note to the BBB.
