I ordered a duvet and shams and the colors were pretty off. I was expecting dark blue and got teal. Fabric was also very different from my first order a year ago. Emailed Deny (since there is no customer service number ANYwhere on their site or order forms) and got one email after another asking for pictures, the order number of the order from a year ago, and it just went on until I asked for an address to ship it back. Shipped it back in it's a original packaging with the original order form and even placed the request number they give you on the label. Shipped through Fedex two weeks ago... no credit to my account. I emailed them again to inquire and they asked for the fedex number - another hoop to jump through for a simple credit to my account. This is starting to have major UDAAP implications. No duvet, no shams, no money... Sill waiting for my refund... my advice- just get your housewares elsewhere.
