I ordered my son a costume on Oct 14th. Paid 60 dollars. To include the expedited shipping of 3-4 days. That means it should have shipped no later then the 18th. But your website shows it shipping on the 6th of november. Go figure you dont have a phone number to call. And I have gotten no response from the feedback email i sent. Im not dping a "ticket" as your dumb response has been to others. You have completely screwed not just me but my son as well. And there is no way i can find to cancel my order to atleast get my money back. This company is nothing ahort of a fraud. False advertising, and a lying stealing corrupt company.
