I have submitted two online support requests for assistance. Have waited for over an hour on the phone for support to discuss a power issue with my bike and have had no response. I have a online chat still just spinning waiting for support. This is so upsetting. Not sure what is going on with Ifit but their customer service is extremely poor. Be careful.

Tip for consumers:
Be careful when purchasing anything IFIT. Their customer service and support center is non responsive.
