Booked the hotel golden rock 17 th of September. Payed in full for the12th to the 19th of October all inclusive 2 people. Got our accommodation voucher. And arrived at the resort hotel to find Alpharooms had cancelled our booking on the day of arrival with out sending us a email. Hotel reception contacted Alpharooms and they gave us a in resort help line. Who were unhelpful and belligerent. Said we would get a refund in 3 days and it was a technical mistake by Alpharooms and there was nothing they could do. We had to pay again £480 to the hotel reception. Guess what Alpharooms have not refunded us and judging by all the reviews of them of the same thing I think we will have a fight on our hands to get a refund. Back at home now and have contacted Alpharooms who don't give a monkeys. Given the same spiel as when we phoned resort helpline will be refunded in 3 days. Yeah of course we will. They would of left us in Turkey without a hotel and was nt bothered one bit if we had the money to pay for another hotel. All I can say to people reading this review is book at your own risk
