I was in a time crunch for a brace. I ordered from HPFY because they could expedite the brace (at a cost), ordered on a Friday, expedited shipping 1-3 business days. I should have received the brace no later than Wednesday. I called Monday and Tuesday for a tracking number and the customer service agents kept telling me they would e-mail it to me. I was very concerned and late Tuesday I was told it was going to ship Wednesday morning. Unfortunately, that would too late as my son was heading back to college. I am extremely disappointed because no one told me there was an issue every time I call to check on my order/tracking number. I feel that was very deceptive on the company's part. As a result I had to cancel my order and now I am waiting for a credit. Will write another review if I have any issues with the credit.
