An error on their website caused a duplicate order, they were notified immediately, but refused to credit the money back. They sent generic replies then refused to credit me for their error. I called them 4 times, emailed them for a week until they finally refunded me. Also, received a stale, tasteless, skimpy, and poorly filled cake that had been frozen for a very long time. Cakes Do lose flavor if frozen for many months or it was tasteless before being frozen. It didnt look anything like the picture they showed, that is called false advertising and is against the law. It didn't have ANY flavor and I threw it in the garbage. I have filed a claim against them as they refuse to credit me for the defective cake. I would never order from them again.

We're sorry for your experience here. We did look into this order, and two separate orders were placed. As the shop had already prepared and shipped these orders, we were not able to cancel one of them. As a one time courtesy, we did credit you for the cake you sent us back. However, we are unable to credit you for the first order that was intended, as the shop successfully shipped and provided the service as rendered.
