I ordered an item through an independent company and paid reship to ship it to me in Canada. It never left Portland. When I called and emailed about it the first employee told me I needed to speak to usps. After calling usps they told me reship never sent them the package to be delivered. I spoke to a second employee at reship who told me I would have to pay to have the item shipped again and wait for a refund. It has been over three months and the customer service team (which appears to be one person) has completely stopped replying to my emails and refused to give me my refund.
