I have been selling on Vinted for about 3 months. I have 100% 5 star reviews. I sell mostly vintage jewelry. Twice, Vinted deleted adds, once for a Montblanc fountain pen and another time for a small statue of a horseback rider. Never any reason, no possible appeal. This weekend when people shop most, they suspended my account, again no reason given. There is NO customer service, just automated responses.
Tip for consumers:
Be ready to lose money if you happen to come accross a crooked buyer who pretends he/she never received your package, even with a tracking number. Vinted can suspend your account for no reason.
