About Me

I am a small resale business owner just selling pre-owned and some new merchandise online. I also do commission sales as a service. I have a very eclectic selection of merchandise in my online shops, so there's always something for everyone. I was recently scammed on the Vinted online buying and selling platform where the buyer pays for buyers protection, which should have been a major red flag. Sad to say, I sure didn't get any protection as a buyer. I will share some good reviews as well.

I do have several online shops and use a cross posting application to help manage all of my stores and it is a tremendous help. I've been doing this since 2016. I love a good find at a Yard Sale, Auction or Estate Sale.

BEWARE VINTED BUYERS! I recently made a purchase for $150 on Vinted. They give the seller 7 days to ship the item and 2 days for the buyer to respond whether or not they accept the item. My item never came. The tracking number was sent with another person's name to another address and I have proof because the USPS provided that information and I went to the address where the package was sent and it was not dolls. 13 of them to be precise. This is a seller who didn't respond quickly which should have been my first red flag, had a random name spelled with random letters. Vintage will do nothing to look into this. I never received my item because it was never sent. The only thing support needs to do is to check the label that they provided to the seller and they would see that there are no labels with my name or address on it. But they refuse and they refuse to give me a refund. I have since spotted many other sellers with random names like this, who only have one item for sale and no reviews. I don't do business this way and Vinted you should not either! They must be in on the scam. I blame Vinted for this because they should have caught the fact that the label didn't match the buyers name or address or the contents of the package! This Seller had nothing else for sale when I made my purchase so there is no way he could have shipped anything out except for my dolls!

Tip for consumers:
Vintage support does not even try to vet their sellers. Also, they do not even look into a issue when valid proof is provided. All they had to do was to check the label that they provided to the seller to see that my name and address was not on that label for that order. The order was never sent. They provided me with the tracking number for somebody else's package at a different address. When seeking support from vintage, it took up to 48 hours just to get an answer from them.
