Not only did he kill her, he sped up on purpose with her directly in front of him. He hit her and left her for dead. She crawled off the road and died next to my driveway. I put him in blast on social media. He should be ashamed of himself. She is 9 years old and a member of a family. I will never know if she could have been helped.
