We spent ours Downloading files and emailing this company, They sold us 2 PDF files that were useless for doing a keyword search. Then we ask for a refund. That started 3 more emails and more downloads. The last file they sent us would not even load on our system. It crashed our network twice. After that we deleted all the files we downloaded from EmanualOnLine.com and purged our computer of all cookies they sent. The next Day we filed resolution complaints with PayPal.com.
