Vinted absolutely do not resolve the dispute fairly. I received a torn jacket. Paid $16 for shipping. I had to buy shipping label myself and spend another $16. It's clearly the seller's fault, but I have to pay for it! I sent photos and proof but they did not resolve the dispute in my favor!
