Wow - can't believe how terrible amazon.com has become. I ordered a product - the tracking number on the website said it was "delivered by amazon" but it was not. I spent well 2 hours on the chat and a phone call with them telling me the item had been forwarded to a "freight forwarder" and I was to contact them to find out where the package was. BUT crucially, they did not know which "freight forwarder". How am I supposed to follow up with a mystery company. Beyond ridiculous.
