A bad service. They won't tell me why I can't do a withdrawal. Also I can't do a top-up I just saw. I keep approaching customer service but no one can help me. Twice already the conversation is sent to someone else because no one can help me. And then I get in my screen, unfortunately no one is present. That has happened to me several times. So there is no one to help you when you need help. Is it the case that this broker is in need of money because there is no money for a manned customer service? I can't do anything now. Worthless! A bad service!
