My experience with BlueHost has been incredibly frustrating. Despite over 8 calls for assistance regarding the same issue, a persistent malware issue on my site, the support team repeatedly assured me that my site was clear after their scans, which was actually not the case. This oversight resulted in potential clients being redirected away from my site for months. Although a credit was offered as compensation, it doesn't equate to the potential business lost or the time and stress involved in resolving the issue myself. I expected a more thorough and proactive approach to securing my website security and customer service.

Reason I chose this business:

I initially chose BlueHost for its reputation and service offerings after my previous hosting company InMotion Hosting that I had been with for over 15 years lost three of my sites completely, hoping for reliable and secure hosting and support for my photography business website. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have not lived up to those expectations, particularly in terms of addressing security concerns effectively. SECURITY HAS TO BE A PRIORITY FOR A HOSTING COMPANY! Unfortunately It is not here! So, I have added all the armor and site Locks, etc... In order to protect it since I have invested so much in it. We will see what happens from here.

Wish I could give a zero! Read this before you waist your money and time! I am a vendor that has spent thousands with zero return because The Knot is a total SCAM! Zero customer service! They will flat out not help you in any way and tell you that they won't! They are amazing at getting you on board and then give you a huge FU... only wanting money, while scamming customers out of money for nothing! Customers sent messages and then disappear because they realize that The Knot is a Scam!
