I bought a checkbook wallet that came to me not as shown or described, it crumbled in the corners when I first opened the wallet to examine it. This site made it extremely difficult to make a return, I had to explain why I was returning and then they let you know if your return met there approval.

To further clarify, we actually ask all of our buyers who are returning items to provided images regardless of the return reason. This is important because we need to establish the condition of the item prior to returning it. That way if it is damaged during shipment or if the seller claims it has additional wear we’ll know it happened in transit instead of while in your possession. We just want to make sure that you're protected in the not-so-likely event that the parcel/item is damaged.
