Initially, my monitor was too bright. This could cause dark images. After adjusting and previewing with other monitors, I thought I had a good match. However, the next series of prints came in over saturated and still too dark. Customer service is slow. I was offered a reprint for one image. I accepted, but hey, they didn't notice me as to how to claim the reprint. They have been silent since I replied back that yes, I would like a reprint. Radio silence for weeks.
