If I could give it a negative I would they sold me a pair of used sunglasses. I shipped them back and they would not replace or refund. So I turned them in to my credit card company and they are taking care of it. This place is a scam they sell you used scratch and dent glasses.

Our quality control process includes a thorough inspection of all products before shipment, so it is highly unlikely that that you received a pair of sunglasses with so many scratches and marks. Furthermore, we sell brand-new, unused frames, and used items have no place in our inventory. As per our return policy, defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item, which was not done so, as you only reached out to us four weeks after receiving the item.
Therefore, our policy of not accepting returns for used items means that we are not able to offer a refund or replacement for you. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
