After posting my very negative review I keep getting emails from their customer service department saying they want to help. I follow their instructions and then I get an email back saying that your complaint is closed. Please people, do not use this company. They cannot be trusted! We have a dress that we didnt order and are out a couple of hundred dollars- if I can caution people against losing money like we did I will!
