Recent 3-day stay was great: Room was clean and well-maintained, food was good, casino staff pleasant and helpful. Especially like the pet policy: $75 extra for the entire stay, plus staff made our small dog feel welcome. Budget-savvy should book on weekdays -- rates then are reasonable, but go way up on Friday and Saturday nights.

I seem to be going against the trend here, but my experience with amazon.com so far has all been good. I've used the site about 8 times and in each instance the products have arrived promptly and have been exactly what I ordered. I have not attempted to return anything so I don't know how well that process works. On a few items (such as pet supplies like treats and toys) the price has been well below what I would pay in local stores, even with the shipping charge, and the quality has been equivalent or better.

I've ordered pet supplies from this site 3 or 4 times, and each time I have been happy with results. Orders arrived promptly, were well packaged, and the items were exactly what I ordered. The downside is that it's high priced on some products. I've found that going to amazon.com sometimes allows me to find better deals on identical items

This is a scam. I went through the process of ordering concert tickets for 2 specific seats and was advised AFTER completing the form AND giving my credit card number that the seats were no longer available. But that didn't stop them from billing me $425. Was put on hold for 23 minutes when I called to complain, and then their response was basically "too bad, sucker! No refunds" This constitutes fraud, and a I have filed a complaint with the state attorney general.
