I have had very bad experiences with online clothing sites but never once has missguidedUS disappointed me. I am very very surprised by the negative reviews I have come across. Usually when I order I get a confirmation number right away. Tracking number in no more than 24 hours and every step of the way I get email notifications letting me know my package is still on its way. I live in New York a problem at all with this company. I will continue to order my goods from missguided.

I should have known by the nightmare reviews I have read about this company. However, desperate for some cheap boots I needed for a costume I still went ahead and ordered anyway. This is a sketchy business. The way they operate makes it almost impossible for you to get your orders on time. I waited 5 days for an order number and that was only after I sent them countless emails, made phone calls (No one ever ever picked up) etc. Here is how they get you. Every single day they have a promotion going on (strange) where you get 50% off your order, but then they charge you that EXTRA 50% that you SUPPOSEDLY SAVED for the cheapest shipping option available which is UPS Surepost, NOT EVEN GROUND! If you need your order expedited it is nearly DOUBLE. So Lets say you're paying 25 dollars for a pair of boots you need ASAP, you will be paying an EXTRA 50 dollars for expedited shipping which I have yet to see that RIDICULOUS amount on ANY REPUTABLE SITE! How FRAUDULENT! I work for a prestigious law firm and I can identify scams when I see one. How would you pay 75 dollars for some cheap, poorly made (glue everywhere) boots that were probably mass made in another country and would sell for maybe 15 dollars in a store? ALSO, again I mentioned the promotion they constantly have running for 50% off any item in the store, this is how they get you. First they DO NOT send return labels with your order you know why? BECAUSE IT HAS TO BE APPROVED BY THE COMPANY (who does that?). They'll REFUSE to refund your UNWORN, UNOPENED ITEM JUST BECAUSE YOU USED THE DISCOUNT! HOW RIDICULOUS? I PROMISE I WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO GET MY REFUND EVEN IF I HAVE TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND I WILL DO IT! It will hurt their business if they do not honor my request! I looked at their social media sites and saw that people were also desperate to get in touch with them and had a difficult time. That speaks volumes! Please do NOT waste your money, do not waste your time. Order your goods on amazon etc, Other reputable sites where they will not purposely rob their clients.

BTW; I have sent even more emails to them and filed a complaint with the BBB. I suggest everyone else do the same. They have yet to respond to my request for an RMA.
