Ordered three hover boards. They arrived quickly, were priced well. Out of the box, one rattled but worked. One completely stopped working after about 2 hours of use by a 9 year old just learning how to balance, not rough at all. Emailed, no response. Called no less than 6 times, each time they promised to call back that day, never did. Did three RMAs for each hover board. One week later, still waiting response. In the mean time, our 9 year old how saved his own money for a while for his board has to watch everyone else ride. Still no idea on what they are going to do or when. When I have actually talked to a hobbytron employee (most of the time it was a "answering service" even during their posted business hours) they can't tell me anything other than to wait longer. I will never order from here again. All three boards have some sort of issue and I can't get any response or help from them. Price is not worth this horrible service so far. They haven't even committed to helping the kids out yet.
