They have not responded to my request for a refund on multiple occasions. I have successfully deployed 2 seats of the 5 seats I have purchased. The other 3 seats are a total waste and I have, to date, been unable to activate them. I guess I will take my loss as a lesson and move back to my original software. I tried to save money and it ended up costing me. Trust me, I run an IT company and I am telling you to stay away from them. This is a product that simply falls short and they WILL NOT refund your money.

Tip for consumers:
If it doesn't work, it doesn't work. Don't expect them to stand behind their product, they don't. WARNING, this company does not deliver and will disappoint you and COST you if you pay.

Gusto was authorized by my state to take care of tax filings. I verified they were authorized by the state to take care of taxes on my behalf. They said they were rejected and could not file taxes and if this is not handled in 13 days they will freeze my payroll account. I looked into and corrected the issue and gave Gusto the go ahead. I let them know the issue was corrected and please resubmit. They continued to email me, on multiple occasions, telling me they need authorization. It took them OVER 10 days before finally resubmitting the tax forms, and, ONLY after me getting loud with them and threatening them with an attorney if tax fines occurred. I am less then happy with them and am looking for an alternative service. I can no longer trust them with my finances.

Acronis support is lacking or non existent. Out of 4 months I've been with them I have had limited to NO response for help from the company. The product has been failing for 3 months and they fix it for a SHORT period of time then it goes back to not working again. Due to my wasted time babysitting the product I asked for a refund. Crickets is the response. Nothing. It is sad a LARGE company like this takes your money and doesn't care after that. Be aware, the support you will receive is almost absent. We have been in the IT industry for OVER 26 years and have few companies treat us like this.

Tip for consumers:
Best of luck, support is terrible and if you have any problems with them, they REFUSE to refund anything. It's a situation where they have NO issue taking your money, but will not support you before or after purchase. I should have took a clue at the start when it took me 2 weeks to get a response from the company BEFORE I purchased.
