I was initally shocked with how the pad turned out to be the next morning. It was kinda gross seeing that black thing on my feet. But guess what, despite that, I was amazed that I started to feel better from the back aches I've been suffering from for quite sometime now. So this Nuubu patch is gross yet okay.
