I ordered my wife a new wedding band set. Well I ordered the incorrect size and when I realized my mistake I ordered the correct size. I received both sets so I followed the return directions to a tee and jeulia already received my unopened untouched return and still have not returned my money yet? I have tried emailing the company and they can't even respond to that. I mean they are really unfair and ridiculous. I wouldn't purchase a dog collar from them let alone anything else..
