I made a rookie mistake and looked at the reviews after I'd ordered from The Beauty Place. I was put off by the bad experiences people had had with shoddy products and the terrible customer service so I checked out the return policy and was pretty shocked by how non-customer friendly it is. I sent an email asking to cancel my order due to the return policy. It was a Saturday, so I expected a reply on Monday saying either, "Sorry, we already sent it," or "Sorry it's too late cancel." Instead, they did cancel my order and I got a full refund. Now I might have to change my bad opinion of them!
