I order this bed October 27 and it was delivered on Nov 3 and as of the 7th the bed still did not rise to height and I had a neighbor TAKE A PICTURE AS i AM LEGALLY BLIND I was sent a return at my cost letter. Oh really not doing that. It's total garbage and all I want is my money back. Contacted Wayfair as to return and my money to this date I am still waiting. If they want the bed back they can pick it up its in the garage as it not useful. I am sleeping on my box spring at the moment as I need the refund to get another mattress. I am a senior on limited income, paying off something that was substandard. The middle of the bed is very hard and in a lump, the top and bottom are not fully expanded.Received in damaged box. My invoice says returned. Wayfair where is my refund
