I placed an order for an ecard, checked in with the receiver (for their birthday) where they said they didn't receive the email. Logged into the site and it was canceled. So, I tried again, validated that I used the correct bank card, submitted it again. I checked an hour later, after I received an email that it was being processed, and it had already been canceled again. Contacted customer support and they said "As the gift card industry is highly regulated, we are unable to provide further details as to the specific reasons your transaction was declined. We would highly recommend that you seek an alternative solution or vendor at this time."
I absolutely will seek an alternate solution.
