Wish I have done my homework better on the ROSEWHOLESALE.com SITE... bought over $100 worth of clothing... only 1 order ever arrived, and they were so small, they wouldn't fit a size 4. Contacted them, and was told they would be replaced. Two other orders have never arrived and despite contact with them about 10 times... I keep getting a message to "check they are not at my PO"... and advised they would refund MY MONEY into "R wallet"... which means my money stays in THEIR SITE till I spent it. AS IF, I am every purchasing from them again to use that money... therefore I can pretty much kiss my money goodbye. TOTAL FRAUDSTERS... NOT RECOMMENDED. How they can keep advertising on places like FACEBOOK, I'll never know. TOTALLY UNHAPPY. I wouldn't have rated one star if I had a choice for NO STARS...
19/10/2015... I have now received refunds for the first order that was a "fitting" disaster... and the two following orders that never arrived. Though I am grateful... it should never have come to this in the first place if Rosewholesale was an honest site... I spent much time and frustration with messages back and forth... well over 20 messages... only when it dealt with "Farah" and let their know I would be letting fraud squad and police know about the fraud, did I get any "joy". I for one, will not be caught in a trap like this again...
