Update: The company refunded/canceled my orders and offered several solutions for the dress that came. It was a hassle to get to this point but we did. I love the dress, except the fraying which can happen. Outside of the fraying, the dress is beautiful and made well with quality fabrics.
I canceled two dress while in processing and they were NOT custom! One of three dresses came and it was huge. In a size 0. The dress embroidery is frayed on several places on front and back. You can see the unraveling. I contacted them immediatly and was told that I wasn't allowed to cancel and offered 40% back plus shipping on a dress thats NOT customized and NOT shipped! Scam Site! Never heard about the damaged dress! Then they close your case immediately so you don't have a chance to respond. This company is terrible and a rip off!
Tip for consumers:
Make sure to measure. Dont buy more than one at a time. Canceling orders is a hassle.
Products used:
They are forcing me to keep all the even though 2 are still in processing.... for non customized items
Update: they canceled and are refunding me for the 2 orders that haven't shipped.
