I purchased 2 Apple ipads for my children for Christmas last year. Neither one of them worked. When my daughter contacted Apple she gave them the serial # and was told they were not an Apple product and probably came from a Chinese sub par clone company. Itech told me 30 days had passed and no refund nor was I eligible for an exchange. Lousy customer service bait and switch on the product.
Tip for consumers:
Do not waste your money. You will not get what you ordered. Customer service is more like Customer NO service.
