When emailed about a double-charge on my account, Hazel in customer service refused to admit that a mistake was made on their part. Rather than apologizing for the error, she denied that I was charged twice (going so far as to shoot herself in the foot by "resending" the 2 order confirmations, confirming the blunder on their part). Won't try doing business with them again.
