I made a purchase from this particular website which turned out to be a bad purchase. I purchased a mobile phone device which upon arrival appeared to be defective. It wasn't charging. No matter how many hours I left the mobile phone charging, it showed no indication of charging and no indication of operation. I spoke directly to Banggood customer service staff opening a ticket and the process ticked for days until the ticket was automatically closed without any help. Now I have opened another ticket and they have started telling me the same things they said to me in the first ticket before it was closed. The first ticket was closed because their last reply was: "we will update for you as soon as possible, please wait patiently" and I was just waiting... As you can see, the company in question has bad service and is fooling the customer by giving them fake hopes that he will answer him soon and this never happens until days pass and the ticket is automatically closed.
