An error in an original canvas collage print p/u before Christmas. One print was missing their head. To try to correct, received instructions from photo processing. Instructed me to return to store I had received collage and call photo dept with confirmation # given from photo processing. On calling photo processing from Walmart, I was then asked where my canvas print was? This detail had not been relayed. Communication is paramount. Since the order was online and obviously the personnel had access to editing, I would not assume further information was required.
