I knew there is automatic renewal of my subscription as employer when I subscribed for one month. The renewal date was supposed to be 12/11/2023. They said I could cancel any time under 'my account'- the limit being '11.11.2023' I clicked into my account on 11/11/2023 and couldn't cancel my subscription. Then I found in small print that I need to inform them 24 hrs ahead of automatic renewal time. So I had to cancel my credit card to avoid being cheated in this low-handed way.
