“Ripped off”

I ordered a necklace from this company. NEVER received the item. They supposedly sent a 2nd necklace after the 1st was "lost in the mail ". The 2nd one wound up being signed for and delivered in California! I AM IN NEW YORK! After mega amounts of emails, now I don't hear back from them, but they have my $. SCAM OUTFIT!
