I buy a lot of stuff from this site, but i find more often then not the shipping is the most irritating process. Especially now that you have to buy $49 worth of stuff to get free shipping.

When you order something, i find when its free shipping, that it will often take an entire week before they get around to ordering it and sending it. I live near a hub, i should be able to get it all much faster. I'm certain they do this to make the prime look better, but i think that's over priced. Unless i'm shipping bags of cement and tires, i don't think i'll ever get to a $100 in shipping.

Another thing is the cart, while it will hold your items forever, if its out of stock, it kicks it out, i've almost forgotten to order important things because it did do that. And when it does do that, and you add it back to the cart, it may not be from the same company. It might be more money, or it may be used (as one item they sent me was).

Searching is becoming much harder, it finds things i never typed in. I would rather see - we could not find that exact item, here are some things related to it. But more times than not it will show totally random things. They use titles as keywords, and many people spam them.

They allow reviews from anyone - even people who never bought it - always make sure it says - verified, or you may be seeing a fake review.

They do have a great refund policy though, they have come through each time. But its tricky to find their contact some times.

The people complaining for the most part (and i did check names), are from people that either never sold before or don't realize its a lot of work to make the work good enough for a home, and to leave a trail to be found. There will always be sour grapes, they have a 30day money back, i'm certain if you showed them its a defect on the image they wouldn't make you pay the difference.

I'm a seller there, i have made sales, but no its not easy. Your up against other pro's, and its hard to stand out, you have to make your work wanted and special.

There are many snap shots there, the search is set up to show sellers first, it is sort of like a self vetting system. As the resources it would take to examine all work coming in - would be astronomically high, and many people upload images to print for themselves. But then leave it up for others to buy. Chances are you won't ever see snap shots there at all due to how the system works. Is that fair to those that shoot snap shots? No, but snap shots shouldn't be for sale anyway. This is a store, then end product, post your best only.

So if your an accomplished artist, and your not afraid of advertising yourself (The site doing it would be really impossible based on the amount of work there) - its not that expensive to join, and you could be making some real money there.
