I was given a gift certificate and I have been unable to redeem it. I have called multiple times since Sept. 23 to try to make a reservation. Their phone either goes to voicemail or I get a message stating the mailbox is full. It seems as though they got the $200 already so they have no interest in making the reservation to redeem the certificate. Pretty unethical, in my opinion.
