I purchased a wedding dress and it was faulty with fishing wire hanging out also appeared poor quality the customer service was so bad that they didnt reply to me at all then replied 5 days later and seemed to be an automated message no matter what i wrote i seem to get an automated message. Now they are saying i can pay shipping both ways and if they dont think its faulty which it is and i sent them photos of the faults. Im at their mercy to decide if its faulty or not. Been going on for weeks. Dont do it dont buy from inwedding dress you will regret it. Im now in process of contacting consumer affairs.
