Absolute joke of a company. Still now haven't received my item and the tracking information is still on there for proof saying it hasn't been delivered. Yet there's nothing Vinted can do. SHOCKING do not recommend at all. Pictures to follow of how poorly they handle customer service.
Tip for consumers:
Tracking information given to site to show my order hasn’t been delivered and they still can’t do anything and don’t care.
