Flowers were delivered to my home today. While I understand that flower availability vary by location, my choice specifically states blue flowers (for sympathy per the description), that was an intentional choice on my part, and this bouquet had only white. It also stated it has 6 different flowers plus greenery, the delivered bouquet had 5 and ONE stem of green. Pictures included show my $100 sympathy bouquet received and what I ordered. I have to say that 1-800-FLOWERS services continue to disappoint.
FYI do not order from 1-800-Flowers.com
I ordered flowers for funeral services and they said they were delivered on the 7th. They were not. When I reached out they said they were delivered the 8th (contradicting the email saying they were delivered the day before) Said they would deliver another set of flower within 30 minutes and they did not. All of this took nearly an hour with their customer service during the funeral service viewing time which means I was not able to be with the family. Such poor quality business practice and support. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself a huge amount of additional stress.
