I order a mattress 3 weeks ago during boxing day sale. Paid for the order, paid extra shipping fees (despite their misleading advertisement claiming free shipping for orders over $50).
After 3 weeks got their email stating my order has been cancelled and monies will be refunded!
You guys have ruined my boxing day. Had I have any idea about your business, I would have gone for some other business for my shopping. Its just a cancellation for you guys, bit for me I am losing almost $350 as I will end up paying full price for the mattress. Pathetic service, misleading advertising and zero customer care: this must be the tag line for your business.
