Worst customer service ever. Complaint to FCC didn't even help. This is the cell phone service. Other parts seem ok even in customer service, but not mobile service! Their customer service agents are untrained and unsupervised.
Tip for consumers:
I have never felt harassed by customer service employees ever in person or on phone, until Isigned up with straight talk.
