It seemed as though having to go out of my way to give an initial one star review to have my issue resolved. I previously had an error in which I was unable to upload my videos to my computer disk. After Movavi reached out via a review, I was finally able to have my issue resolved through very simple instructions. I will not rate the company with five stars as the inconvenience of it all had diminished some of my confidence in the company, however, I do appreciate the assistance I was given once I voiced my frustrations. My only suggestion would be to answer customer complaints in a timely manner and not once they decided to leave a dissatisfying review online.
