There's no tech support for this company. Nothing really works. The chat, email, phone call...
I purchased the program, but couldn't download it...
They just want $$ and provide no customer support.
The "non refundable" text is so small and written in parentheses especially on mobile.
Everything else is big, bolded or colored, looks very promotional but the "non refundable" text is in smallest text, and shows only once when you start booking. I think such a critical information should be highly visible and should be confirmed with the user again before they make a final decision!
Tip for consumers:
Read all of the small important text, since it's easy to miss!
