I placed an oder with Sams Beauty and I was checking to see if I could change the color of one of the wigs. I called and left a message and as they stated they would get back to me within one day, they didn't! Called three more times and just got the answering service! I told them in the last message that I would be contacting PayPal, that's when someone finally called me back! The girl said that your order shipped out on yesterday and you should receive it on tomorrow, and we sent you a shipping confirmation on yesterday, which was a lie! I told her that I did't get it, then she said will" I resend it," I said ok! I got the shipping conformation and it stated "your order was shipped today!" I like to shop around for the best prices, but if a company don't have what they are advertising, why show it? If a company can't honor it's policy, why be in business? Seems like some companies will send the wrong wigs or a poor quality wigs then try to give the customer a hard time in returning the items, so the company can keep the money!
Dear Customer, We apologize that you feel inconvenienced. Your review in part does not make a lot of sense. First you are stating you wanted to change a color but the order was shipped. We return all voicemail' s within 1 business day unless it was left over the weekend. I am unable to give you specifics regarding your order as you have not left your correct name. Your original shipping confirmation sent to you does say shipped today and is was sent to you on the day your order shipped as it is automatically generated once your tracking number is created. The representative only forwarded you the same original email which yes would say shipped today and the date would confirm the day it was originally shipped not the day we forwarded you your original shipping confirmation. Unfortunately changes are not guaranteed under any policy on our website. We try to offer the courtesy but once your order has reached the shipping department we are unable to make any changes and more so we can not alter a shipped order. We do not understand your statement regarding if we do not have what we are advertising, your complaint has nothing to do with an out of stock item furthermore your issue has nothing to do with a wrong item nor a poor quality item so we are not sure why that is mentioned. Our return policy is available for every customer via our website and you must also agree to the terms of the return policy upon placing your order. If a customer fails to review those policies we can not be held responsible for that negligence. We will abide by our policy and offer the best customer service possible within our policies.
