Our business: reputable law firm with over a decade of legal experience.
My role is to help the law firm grow.
Earlier this month we purchased leads, we were told were pre-screened (they were not, no biggie).
We were told we would receive credit for leads that were not in our area (we were not).
We were told we would receive credit for leads that were not in our field of practice (we were not).
We were told we would receive credit for leads that were spam (we were not).
So, $1800, wasted.
Tip for consumers:
Nolo is a scam.
Products used:
We have called EVERY lead they gave us, and believe it or not, two or three are interested in using us.
Does not change the fact that they ALSO kept our lead fees for the ones we called and discovered were spam.
